What information do we collect, and why?


The information we collect about yourself and your pet includes things like your name, address, contact numbers, and email.


We collect your information when you sign up to receive emails from us, book in to use our services, and contact us in any other way.


The reasons we collect your data are:-


  • It is necessary for us to carry out our services.
  • For marketing purposes (only if you have opted in to receive marketing emails from us)
  • For any competitions we host that you have entered


We may receive data from third parties such as analytics providers like Google based outside the EU, advertising networks such as Facebook based outside the EU, search information providers such as Google based outside the EU.


We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:


  • Service providers who provide IT and system administration services.
  • Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers
  • Government bodies that require us to report processing activities.
  • Veterinary surgeons that we need to take your pet to

Opting out of marketing communications does not apply to personal data provided for other reasons – i.e. booking with us to provide our boarding services.

What are your rights?


Your rights regarding your personal data are as follows:

  • The right to be informed on what we do with your data, specifically through this privacy policy
  • The right of access to your data if we are processing it, so you can see what data we process, who we pass that on to, and a copy of what data we possess.
  • The right to rectify any incorrect information we possess.
